Mit grosser ornamentierter Initiale S (imon ...) und zwei kleinen Initialen N und E. Pergament, 50,5 x 73,5 (je Doppelseite). Die grosse Initiale: 12 x 11,5 cm, farbig illuminiert und mit Gold gehöht. Die zwei kleinen Initialen: je 7,5 x 7,5 cm, ebenfalls farbig illuminiert und mit Gold gehöht. Dort mit kleinen Läsuren, ein Einriss (ca. 1 cm) im linken Rand ausserhalb der Darstellung. Wenige Gebrauchsspuren. Insgesamt gut erhalten. - Selten. - Aktuellere Forschung hält diesen Stich für ein Werk von Jan Lievens.
