Cragstan was a US importer based in New York, importing all kinds of toys from Japan to the US and West Germany in the 1950s and 1960s. The most famous objects were battery-powered robots and space toys. Yonezawa was a Japanese manufacturer that produced tin toys for Cragstan, including this robot. Inside it is a battery-powered record player that could play four different phrases at the push of a button.
They were, "I am bulletproof too, hahaha." "I am leaving now to explore the outer limits, boys. Goodbye, see you again." "I am the atomic-powered robot. Please leave my best wishes to everybody." "I am a mighty man with one million of horsepower inside me. Do you get me now?
