A FLINTLOCK PISTOL
Italian work, probably Rome, 18th century. For the Ottoman market.
Carved walnut stock with stylised fleur de lys and leaves. Relief decorated brass mounts. Engraved iron lock plate. Probably Italian barrel (cal. 18mm), octagonal chamber third with engraved and chased decoration. Ramrod.
