For the first time, this previously unknown version of a Patek Philippe icon is making an appearance: The leap year display at 3h is divided into 4 segments by a fine "X" and the numbers are each shifted by 45°. Usually the division is made by a cross or is missing completely. A cross-shaped subdivision of the leap years can be found in the subsequent lot of this auction.
