Neuchâtel, 1st half of the 19th century, signed Félix Jean Richard à La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Curved wooden case, painted black and with gilt profiled rods. Bronze dial with white enamel cartouches, Roman numerals for hours and Arabic numerals for minutes. Movement with anchor escapement and three-quarter hour strike on two bells. 1 key.
