MANTEL CLOCK

Empire/Restauration, France, beginning of the 19th century.
Gilt bronze and brass. Pierced fronton decorated with swans, putti and foliage. Movement in part skeletonized. Silvered chapter ring. Movement with anchor escapement and half-hour strike on bell. On an oval wooden base and with a glass cloche (with crack). 1 key.
23 × 11 × 47 cm. H with glass cloche 57 cm.
