France, Burgundy, 18th/19th century. The dial signed 'Pagny à Poligny'.
Closed iron case. The dial with applied brass chapter ring surrounded by stylized fleurs-de-lys. Movement with brass cogwheels, with verge escapement and a rear pendulum. 1/2-hour strike on bell. Small alarm mechanism on bell.
