By descent to the present owner, Swiss private collection.

Condition:
Oil on lined canvas. Paint surface with a network of craquelure. Partly are small colour losses visible. Slight colour abrasions along the edges.
Under UV: some retouching along the edges, on the figure and in the background. Varnish appears in fluorescent green.
Dimensions with frame: 106.3 × 85.5 cm.
