SAINT BARBARA
Gothic, Upper Rhine, ca. 1500/1510.
Carved wood, verso hollowed and with remains of paintwork. The saint standing slightly contraposto with a Gothic steeple and a chalice. Crowned, her hair falling in long curly strands.
H 115 cm.
Numerous wormholes, the left hand and the turret top missing. Various losses and repairs.
