Well-maintained collection of approximately 380 original photographs, c. 1860 to 1920.
(Partly coloured) albumen and silver bromide gelatin prints, collotypes and ferrotypes. Vintages. Mostly mounted on printed, blind-stamped and partly hand annotated cardboard, occasionally also with mounted photographer's label on the verso. Mostly Carte de Visite format (approx. 10 x 6.5 cm). Loosely inserted in transparent archive folders, in acid-free archive box with ring binder.
