Large, convex case No. 416461, two-part case with hinge. Silver-plated dial with applied Breguet numerals, small second. Round, 10''' manual-winding movement No. 820558 with compensation balance and Breguet spring. D 37 x 26 mm.
With an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives: Built in 1929, sold on 13 August 1934, with silver-plated dial and Breguet numerals.
