CUP AND SAUCER WITH CHINOISERIE DECORATION,
Höchst, ca. 1765.
Painted with chinoiserie vignettes with gold leaf, each of the figures is involved with training birds. Purple border outlined in gold. Wheel marks in iron–red and purple, incised marks IN and H2. Slightly rubbed, base ring chipped.
