Lunette and back decorated with ivy tendrils in green gold on a red gold ground, hand-engraved monogram IB, dust cover engraved: Vacheron & Constantin Genève. Pusher for setting the time at 2h. Silver-coloured dial with black Roman numerals, gold Breguet hands. Fine, hand-wound bridge lever movement with compensation balance and Breguet spring No. 360988, blued screws. D 31 mm.
