PAIR OF BANQUETTES, Louis XV, Northern Italy, probably Piedmont ca. 1750/60. Walnut, opulently carved with shells, leaves and decorative frieze and gilt. Orange velour cover with bullen nails. Cushion. 170x70x36 cm. Provenance: - from a European collection.

Nussbaum reich beschnitzt mit Muscheln, Blättern und Zierfries sowie vergoldet. Rechteckiger Sitz auf wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit 8 markant geschweiften Beinen. Oranger Veloursbezug mit dekorativem Nagelbeschlag. Sitzkissen. 170x70x36 cm.
