FOLDING KNIFE WITH TWO BLADES

French, last quarter of the 18th century
Flat, slightly rounded iron handle with etched decoration and parcel-gilt, decorated with geometric frieze and scroll motifs. Folding blades with center tip and nail notch. One marked DERAT.
L open 22 cm, closed 12 cm.


Blades worn and corroded. Metal tarnished. Gilding rubbed.
