MADONNA WITH CHILD
Baroque, probably Austria, ca. 1700.
Carved wood, verso hollowed and with brown patina. Madonna standing on a cloud with crown and sceptre, the crowned infant Jesus seated in her left hand. On a cartouche base carved with acanthus leaves.
H 53 cm, with base 77 cm.
