ENAMEL BOX SET WITH RHINESTONES

Louis XVI style, 19th century.
Engine-turned, gilt metal and translucent red and lilac enamel. The lid features an applied monogram E below a crown, framed by flower garlands with bows. The rim of the lid and the monogram are set with rhinestones (several of which are missing). Octagonal box with hinged lid. The bottom with a braided pattern in relief.
9.5 × 7.5 × 3.2 cm.
