Overall good condition. The lower margin with minor water stain (ca. 16 cm). With occasional barely noticeable soiling. The lower right corner with barely noticeable crease. The upper corners with barely noticeable crease and the upper right corner with handling crease. A minor crease lower left. Verso occasional minor traces of soiling.
