Views of Switzerland, c. 1850-1900. Well-maintained collection with over 400 original photographs in 4 new cardboard cases.
Albumen, collodium and gelatin silver prints, as well as photochroms and collotypes. Vintage. Mounted on cardboard.
Each approx. 9.5 x 5.5 to approx. 21 x 27 cm (various portrait and landscape formats).
Mostly printed mounting cards, partly hs. annotated, occasionally signed and dated or with old collection stamps.


Provenance: Private collection, France.

COMPRISING: 102 cabinet photographs, 65 stereo photographs, 67 Cartes de Visites, 1 leporello, 1 photo album, 15 photochroms (including 2 panoramas) and approx. 120 additional photographs.
