A FINE STONEWARE FIGURE OF ARHAT NAGASENA.

China, late Song to early Ming dynasty, height 44.5 cm.
Remains of polychrome paint. He is cleaning his ear in order to better hear the truth.

Compare with a luohan very likely from the same set in the Asian Art Museum San Francisco (Avery Brundage collection), no. B60S319 (dated Yuan).
With a luohan of the same size at Sotheby's HK, 4 December 2015, lot 584, there dated Southern Song.
With another similar piece at Christies NY, 26 March 2010, lot 1238, there dated Song to Ming.
