A pair of works: A water bearer & Allegory of Summer.
Oil on panel.
Each signed lower right: L. Ferstel.
Each 30.3 × 11.5 cm.

Provenance:
Swiss private collection.

Condition:
Oil on panel. Paint surface in places with minimal dirt and dust and occasional small loss of colour. Minimal colour abrasions along the edges.
Under UV: Sporadic retouching along the edges. More retouching on the figures, the landscape and in the background. Varnish appears irregular in fluorescent green.
Overall condition good.
Dimensions with frame: Each 43.3 × 25 cm.
