The painting references Pietro da Cortona's "Vision of Saint Francis" in the church Annunziata in Arezzo.
Condition:
Oil on canvas, relined. Fine net of craquelure. Slight canvas stretcher marks and colour abrasion along the edges.
Under UV: some small touch-ups in the background and on the figures. Varnish appears in fluorescent green.
