Silver bromide gelatin prints mounted on firm paper. Vintages. Each approx. 9.5 x 6.5 to 15 x 21 cm. Album 24 x 33.5 cm. [16] Mount sheets. [1] Sheet printed legend. Original cardboard binding with with cord tie and gold stamped cover title, the back cover with gold stamped photographer's stamp "Fr. Schmelhaus. Zürich-Pfauen".

- Former property of Hans Suter (Aargau), with handwritten owner's note.
- Swiss private collection.
With portraits of ETH employees and the premises of the machine engineering department, as well as exterior views of the main building. Numerous portraits signed by the depicted person.
Inside: the prints mostly with oxidation mottlings, the matts to the corners a little bumped. Outside: boarders to spine a little torn in, rubbed and bumped, front cover a little crooked. Allover in very good condition.
