Louis XVI style, France, ca. 1880/90. Monogrammed HD (Henry Dasson, 1825–1896) on the back.
Gilt bronze. Narrow wall plate decorated with a mesh border, buds, grapes and grape leaves. Two curved light branches shaped like twisted, bound acanthus leaves with vase-shaped nozzles on wide drip pans. Formerly fitted for electricity. Monogrammed HD on the back.
H 56 cm.
One drip pan with a small hole, and a slightly slanted nozzle.
