PAIR OF LIDDED TUREENS ON A PRÉSENTOIR, AND TWO ROUND PLATES
Paris, ca. 1840 Maker's mark AAT.
Round, bulging lidded tureen with a matching curved, slightly domed rim. The lateral handles sculpted in the form of branches with leaves and fruit. Large sculpted pomegranate finial. The présentoirs and plates are round, with a curved rim. All pieces with engraved alliance coat of arms under a crown, one of the plates with a slight variation. Silver inlays.
