LOT OF TWO VINTAGE FOUNTAIN PENS:
- No. 45 Meisterstück Safety made of black hard rubber, gold rings and clip, the cap inscribed "STÖFFHAAS", 18K gold nib, 1925-29.

- No. 45 Meisterstück Safety made of black hard rubber, snake clip, 18K gold nib, 1924-29. (Cf. Lambrou, p. 256, No. 15).

The Montblanc MEISTERSTÜCK was introduced in 1924. A lifetime guarantee was given on the purchase of the product, which was unique on the market until then. This allowed Montblanc to sell the writing instrument in part up to 40% more expensively. The two Safety fountain pens on offer are early MEISTERSTÜCK specimens.
