The extract from the Archives of Patek Philippe confirms the manufacture of the watch in 1942 and its sale on 22 June of the same year. Originally, the watch had a silvered dial. This was probably changed to a black dial during a revision.

Dial: Black dial with applied indices and small second hand.
Movement: Very fine hand-winding movement No. 921927, Cal. 12-120 with compensation balance, Breguet hairspring and swan neck regulator.
Band: Patek Philippe crocodile leather band with Patek Philippe gold tang buckle.
