DIAMOND AND SAPPHIRE BANGLE WITH PATEK PHILIPPE WATCH, ca. 1925-1945.

Platinum and white gold.
Round case no. 800025 with engraved monogram at the back. The bezel set with diamonds totalling ca. 0.60 ct and calibré-cut sapphires, french cut, granulated face with arabic numerals and blued breguet hands, signed Patek Philippe & Co. Genève. Manual winding, lever movement no. 178252, flat hair spring. D ca. 26 mm. Later reworked into a bangle, lugs enhanced by brilliant-cut diamonds totalling ca. 0.60 ct, not original Patek Philippe. Ca. 5,2 x 4 cm.
