A geometrical, open work brooch, set with 1 cushion, yellow Ceylon sapphire of ca. 30.00 ct, not heated, flanked by 2 baroque, probably natural pearls of ca. 7 mm and 1 circular-cut diamond of ca. 0.80 ct, enhanced by small rose-cut diamonds. Ca. 4 x 3,5 cm.
