CUP AND SAUCER WITH CHINOISERIE DECORATION,
Höchst, ca. 1763–1766. Painted by Andreas Philipp Oettner.
Painted with exotic scenes depicting Chinamen in a landscape on a purple rocaille cartouche, accentuated with gold. Edges gilt. Iron–red wheel mark. Incised marks IN and HR. Gilding and enamel colours slightly rubbed.
