2 FIGURES OF SAINTS IN RELIEF, Saint John the Baptist and the Apostle John, late Gothic, Southern Tyrol ca. 1470/80. Arolla pine, carved and painted. Some losses and repairs, 2 fingers incomplete. Paint and gilt later. H ca. 129 cm. Provenance: private collection, Switzerland.

Heiliger Johannes der Täufer sowie der Apostel Johannes, spätgotisch, Südtirol um 1470/80.
Zirbelkiefer geschnitzt sowie gefasst. Die beiden stehend mit Bart und gelocktem Haar. Johannes der Täufer mit Buch und Lamm. Fehlstellen und Reparaturen, 2 Finger unvollständig. Fassung und Vergoldung später. H ca. 129 cm. 1 Kopf ergänzt.
