Rectangular, engine-turned box, the centre decorated with 1 broad, ribbed band motif, the sprung cover with 1 appliqued barrette motif set throughout with 69 single-cut diamonds weighing ca. 1.00 ct. The pusher is additionally decorated with 5 diamonds. Inside compartment with cover for the powder, 2 corners of the mirror have minimal chip. Signed van Cleef & Arpels No. 42.762, VCA mark and platinum mark. Ca. 8.5 x 5.5 x 1 cm.
