Berlin, ca. 1730, workshop of Pierre Fromery.
Cartouche shaped, with a tapering base and gilt silver mount. White enamel with opulent, applied gold decoration. The lid, with the depiction of a seated figure among plants and animals, framed by birds and latticework. The design is continued on the lower part of the box in the form of figures, latticework and floral cartouches. The inside of the box features an enamel painting of flowers and a bird, framed by latticework in green, blue, red, and yellow. The frame is marked.
L: 6.2 cm, D: 4.2 cm, H: 2.8 cm.

Rectangular shape with two compartments. Metal mount. Enamel in vibrant turquoise, the lids, the sides and the base with cartouches depicting golden flowers and insects on a white ground against a golden diamond pattern. The front wall is decorated with white stripes. The inside is made of white enamel, with floral motifs on the lids.

Gilt. Bulbous and knobbed foot, decorated with acanthus in relief. Baluster-shaped shaft with matching decoration. Ostrich-egg cuppa held by three narrow clasps composed of fruit bouquets and scrolls. Wide, flared lip rim. The lid with a bulging rim and a finial designed as a knight with a coat of arms.
