The case with brown underlaid tortoise shell and inlaid with engraved brass in the form of flowers and leaves. Opulent, gilt bronze mounts designed as a mascaron, flowers, leaves and espagnolettes, and an Angel of Victory. Engraved bronze dial with white enamel cartouches. Movement converted to anchor escapement, striking the half-hour.
