This book belongs to a limited edition of 1000. Originally bound in two thick volumes, the present work has been rearranged by a later owner into 4 volumes with leather binding. He or she - obviously a french speaker - omitted the English titel pages and introductions. The professional who did the binding job misarranged some sections in volume 3 (complete but wrong order).
