PAIR OF SMALL CONSOLES "AUX MASCARONS",
Louis XV, probably Rome ca. 1740.
Wood, pierced and exquisitely carved with mascarons, oval portrait cartouches, leaves, scrolls and decorative frieze, and gilt. Curved top, painted "en faux marbre". Requires some restoration.
