Marked London, 1727/28. Maker's mark George Wickes. With 19th century supplements.
Slightly conical ewer on a bulging foot. The walls opulently decorated with scrollwork, mascarons, fruit bouquets, and festoons. The hinged lid is stepped and decorated in the same manner. Short spout and curved handle.
