TREMBLEUSE WITH A WATTEAU PAINTING

Meissen, ca. 1745.
Painted in purple camaïeu, the lidded cup decorated with park landscapes with rococo figures, the saucer decorated with a pierced balustrade on the base, with rocaille and foliage, the bottom with woodcut flowers. Gilt rims. Underglaze blue sword marks, impressed number 95 on the bottom of the saucer.
H 11 cm, D 13.5 cm.
