Lot 6062 - ibid146 Old Master Paintings - online only


Provenance:
 Private collection, Switzerland.


Oil on panel, comprising three vertical panels, minimally convex. The paint surface with surface soiling and vertical craquelure. Three small rectangular restorations in the upper half and one on the lower half. Some colour loss and traces of scratches, colour abrasions along the edges.
Under UV light: Several points of retouching visible on the figures, the sky and the landscape. The varnish fluoresces an irregular greenish colour.
Dimensions with frame: 103.6 × 85.2 cm.
