The World map (No.1) and the map of the Americas (No.5) each signed and dated in the plate lower right: Ab. Ortelius describ. cum privilego decennati 1587.
Various sizes: from 36 x 49 cm. Framed as counterparts in identical frames.
All maps with the full margins. The maps all with uniform more pronounced browning, the vertical central fold party backed. Scattered small areas of retouching and a few repaired holes. Some traces of wear. The colours strong and overall in good condition.
