PIECES OF A COFFEE AND TEA SERVICE WITH LANDSCAPE PAINTING,
Closter Veilsdorf, ca. 1775.
Each painted with landscapes of ruins in the insular style in iron–red camaiëu, the spout and handles of the pots and cups accentuated with purple, comprising: 1 coffeepot, 1 milk jug, 2 cups and saucers and 1 soucoupe. Ligated CV mark in underglaze blue, painter's mark T. in iron–red and purple, various incised marks. Minimal chips on the base rings. (9)
