EARLY BOWL WITH INDIAN FLORAL DECORATION,
Meissen, ca. 1728–1730.
Painted in the East Asian style with a purple landscape and a shrub with Indian flowers, accentuated with gold. The inside with an Indian flower medallion in an iron–red double–ring and with a fine border in iron–red, decorated with gold dots. Underglaze blue sword mark. D 17 cm.
