CRYSTAL MANTEL CLOCK
Charles X, Paris, ca. 1820/40. Attributable to the Escalier de Cristal workshop.
Brass, bronze and crystal glass. The movement is suspended from an architrave on 4 glass columns and a rectangular plinth. Decorated with fleurons and vines. Bronze dial in a relief bezel. Parisian movement striking the half hour on bell. Pendulum with glass lens.
