ECUELLE WITH IRON-RED MERCANTILE SHIPPING SCENES
Meissen, ca. 1735-40.
Round ecuelle with a dragon-shaped finial. Circumferential mercantile shipping scene in light iron-red over a purple double-line border and with a gold lace border on the edge of the lid. Underglaze blue sword mark, gilder's number 1.
D 11.7 cm.
