LOT COMPRISING 23 PLATES WITH “BUTTERFLY” DECORATION

Meissen, ca. 1738-45.
Plates with “Alter Ausschnitt” shape, two plates with a smooth lip. Painted in the Famille Verte style, with a butterfly on a branch and blossoming branches, with a brown rim. Underglaze blue sword marks, 15 plates with press number.
Ø 21/21.5 cm (8), 22.5/23 cm, 25 cm (3), 26 cm (2).

Private collection of Meissen porcelain, Suisse romande.
