SAUCE BOAT IN THE FAMILLE-VERTE STYLE WITH “BUTTERFLY” DECORATION

Meissen, ca. 1740.
Oval, curved sauce boat with two S-shaped handles and spouts at the ends. Painted with a butterfly on a branch and scattered flowering branches and a brown rim. The handles with iron-red leaf decoration. Underglaze blue sword mark, press number 46.
L 22 cm.
