HEAD OF AN ARISTOCRATIC LADY
Roman, probably 2nd century A.D.
White marble carved full round, with sintering. Frontal head of a woman, the wavy hair combed back to a chignon and wearing a tiara. On a later stone plinth.
H without plinth 20 cm.
Multi-part head assembled from original parts. Losses.
