Condition:
Oil on panel, consisting of three vertical planks, verso with dovetail battens and with one horizontal batten each at the upper as well as the lower margin. Paint surface shows a slight degree of wear in places, with fine craquelure and small colour losses in places. A fine, nearly continuous vertical hairline crack is visible in the centre. Several small colour losses visible along the vertical joins. Colour abrasions along the edges.
Under UV: several retouchings along the edges as well as along the vertical joins. Further retouching on the figure and in the background. Varnish irregularly fluoresces greenish.
Dimensions with frame: 141.5 × 111.5 cm.
