IVORY MEDALLION OF A GENTLEMAN
Germany, 19th century.
Oval ivory medallion carved in low relief. Bust portrait, probably of Albrecht von Wallenstein. In a later, rectangular frame covered with red fabric. Medallion mounted with two fastening nails.
Without frame 8.2 × 7 cm.
