PIECES OF A DINNER SERVICE WITH A "VIENNESE" FLORAL DECORATION
Hungary, late 19th century.
The floral decoration is reminiscent of the style of the Vienna Porcelain Manufactory, with freely painted botanical species and a reliefed rim with wickerwork. Comprising a round tureen with branch-shaped handles with applied sculpted floral branches and a lid with a sculpted finial designed as a cut lemon, 1 bowl and 18 plates, rims edged in purple. Printed manufactory mark of a three-piece vine in blue.
